Heather’s proven track record includes leading product innovation as Chief Product Officer at The RealReal during its high growth phase leading to a $1.6B IPO, and serving as Head of Product at Hautelook where she built the product team and practice that supported the company’s rapid growth to 4M members and $270M acquisition by Nordstrom.
